Big Picture: Where are we?
Working on a plaster project in the North Hills, while trying to get our landscaping plans approved.
Corp Update
- Developed a set of plans for new mitersaw station in the HackPgh woodworking shop. I was able to secure pricing from Allegheny Plywood that is very kind to our non-profit. Now I’ve put it out to the membership to fund this project.
- Trip to CA for the tenant change is all set.
- Duncan Landscape is now in the hands of God. We’ve planted it, and are watering it every day- just need those grass seeds to take hold. Lots of shrubs planted too, and some banks roses along the fence.
- Truck continues to do well. Hauled > 1000 lbs of drywall in the bed last week.
- We are waiting on our landscape architect to revise the plans for Mintwood, so we can resubmit to the city. Trying to walk the line between “persistent” but not “annoying”.
- I signed for that plaster job in the North Hills, so I’m working on that at the moment. The ceiling is pretty far out of flat, so this week I spent the week installing firring strips and making it flat. Next week I’m hanging drywall and starting compouding.

Goals for week of 15 May
- resubmit landscape plans to City by Friday.
- Hang ceiling drywall and get perimeter walls installed.
- Get first pass of trim cut at HackPgh
- Tax preparations
Love it
