Big Picture: Where are we?
Mintwood, We moved!!!
Pearl, electrical inspection slated for 7 Sept.
Duncan, no change.

It’s worth discussing the big arc from this point forward.

Aug 22- Sept 3	Finish granite installs, DW install, and kitchen backsplash
Sept 3-19	Fireplace repair, begin work on custom trim parts.
Sept 19	Hardwood Floor install
Sept 20-Oct 3	Baseboard and trim work, 1st floor
	Exterior door installations
	Punch list

Corp Update

• We moved house this week. It’s a massive milestone (though the work is not yet all complete) Since we didn’t add any new square footage, we are allowed to occupy the building before final inspections are done.
• Chris Kolstad is in town for about a week. We are knocking off some items that utilize his specialized skill sets (like welding, etc.)
• Lots of visitors coming to town.

  • Zoe (Sept 10-17) {this is technically a “former employee visit” since she was our VP of Acquisitions and was the original scout for this building}
  • Dad and Susan (Sept 12-15)
  • Mom and Diane are coming in October
  • Papa and Nana are coming in November

Mintwood St

• Installed vent hood and range. Moved a lot of tools around, and finally moved furniture

Pearl St.

With my electrician’s blessing, I called the city. We’ve made arrangements for them to inspect the paperwork and close out the permit on Pearl St of 7 Sept 2022.

Duncan St.

No changes at Duncan this week. We did move some tools from Mintwood to Duncan, but that was more about space than doing new work.
