Mintwood, Trim work is done- on to the rest of the list.
Pearl, Tenant handover is complete!
Duncan, punch list remains to be completed.
Corp Update
- Heading into a very busy Q4. Lots of visitors on tap and a bit of travel too.
- Oct 8-17 Mom (sans Diane) (ARRIVED!) We went to the Festival of Combustion last night, which was very exciting
- Oct ~18-30ish Doug to CA
- Nov 3-8 Ed & Nana
- Nov 10-17 Doug & Kath on vacation
- Dec 20th-ish kids arrive for the holidays
- Scheduled inspections for Pearl St.
- The workers’ comp audit (in person portion) completed for this week.

Accomplishments
Mintwood St
- Finished all of the trim work on the first floor, save for the bits that need doors to be installed first.
- Ducts were cleaned for the furnace. They need to come pick up a couple of missed details before they can call in the final inspection.
- Allied Millworks was scheduled to deliver the exterior doors this week. The night before they were to be delivered, UPS dropped off the deadbolts (which weren’t supposed to arrive for several months). So I asked AM to hold on yo the doors, and I dropped off the locks the next morning. They have now installed the locks and will deliver the doors on Wednesday of this week.
- The interior doors (basement and powder room) should be ready ~Oct 17th, so I need to follow up w Baird Bros to schedule delivery.
Pearl St.
- I’ve been working with the PLI inspectors to close out the final inspection on Pearl. I’ve scheduled an inspection, so now it’s up to the PLI folks to confirm.
Duncan St.
Punch list remains, but we’re focused on Pearl and Mintwood right now.
Goals for Week of 3 Oct
- MINTWOOD
- Install the fixtures in the power room.
- Install the exterior door in the kitchen. Trim.
- Mom’s list. 🙂
